• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We do accept orders from the United States and Canada.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Pre orders should arrive between 3-4 business days. Other orders will be shipped immediately after payment is complete and product is in hand. All orders are shipped priority mail 2-4 business days.

• What are your Pre order policies?

  All pre-orders will be sent after payment and the release date of the shoes. We purchase our shoes straight from the retailer. If we are unsuccessful in getting hold of your size, then we will give you a 100% refund.

• How do I post m shoes to your instagram page?

  To post your shoes on our page you must email us at [email protected] That email must include your instagram name with the @, a description of the item, the price of the item, and contact information. An attached picture must also be added to your email or the post will not be uploaded. We do not accept DM requests ad are subject to post at our discrepancy.

• I believe someone is scamming people. How do I report their activity?

  Solepatrols is an 100% genuine selling company. We do not tolerate dishonesty and scamming at any cost. If you suspect someone is scamming people or a fake, contact us via email immediately. We will work expeditiously to review your proof and get that seller banned immediately!
